§ 1 Subject of Contract

JustAll provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for AI-powered voice ordering in the restaurant industry.

§ 2 Prices and Payment

• Commission: 6% on order revenue
• Minimum: CHF 200 per month
• Billing: Monthly
• Payment: Within 14 days

§ 3 Term and Termination

• Contract for indefinite period
• Terminable monthly with 30 days notice

§ 4 Governing Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Zug, Switzerland.
